At-home euthanasia is end-of-life veterinary care at your home, so your pet can pass in a familiar place with your family nearby. Heaven Sent Pet Care provides this service across Utah Valley and Northern Utah.

Absolutely. Heaven Sent Pet Care is a partner of Utah Veterinary Emergency Center and you are welcome to stop by the hospital to talk through options for your pet in-person with our compassionate staff.

As a partner company of Utah Veterinary Emergency Center, come to the hospital directly if your pet needs immediate care. The hospital is open 11 am - 11 pm daily, no appointment necessary.

We care for dogs, cats, exotic pets, and small farm animals.

We have two flat-fee options:

• $550 with group cremation (includes the euthanasia visit and transport).

• $750 with private cremation (ashes returned; urn included).

Ceramic paw prints or urn engraving are also available. Call us for an estimate on those add-ons.

This is an important time to spend your last moments together with your pet. Find an area and bedding where they feel comfortable and engage in any of their favorite gentle activities. Try to create a calm and loving atmosphere to reduce anxiety in the home. Other than that, our pet care team will provide all the necessary amenities for the service.

After you schedule and confirm a date for your pet’s service, our pet care team will meet you at your home. We will place an IV catheter with low-stress handling. If your pet is anxious we can administer pain medication or sedatives. We will review aftercare options and sign a consent form together. When you’re ready, we will help your pet pass peacefully, and will transport your pet to the cremation center.

Group cremation, private cremation (ashes returned), or burial on your property where allowed. Cremation is through Lasting Paws Pet Memorial. Transport to the cremation center is included in the service fees.

We use Lasting Paws Pet Memorial for both group and private cremation. Transport from your home is included in our flat fees.
